Nice Contractor

QUALITY

Nice Contractor, Inc is most likely renowned for the high level of skill and craftsmanship that goes into every project they undertake. Quality is not just a final outcome. Instead, it plays a crucial role in every stage of a project. We implement a reliable quality control process from the early stages of project planning to ensure that appropriate measures for supervision, inspections, testing, and documentation are in place as the project advances.

Our Six-Step Process Includes

Purchasing Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain a comprehensive scope of work, assess the capabilities of subcontractors, and discuss the quality control plan with them.

Pre Mobilization Meeting

This meeting is conducted with every subcontractor before they start work to go over the quality control plan and make sure that the subcontractor project management teams are dedicated to following the quality control plan.

Preparatory Meeting

This meeting, which takes place one to two weeks before the start of a specific work task, ensures that the supervising foreman is well-versed in the contract requirements, drawings, specifications, potential hazards, and safety considerations.

Initial Inspection

During the first inspection, after a preliminary consultation, the master is authorized to install a representative sample of the work, which must be checked and approved before starting further work.

Follow-Up Inspections

Following the start of the work, inspections will be conducted every two to four weeks.

Final Inspections

Final inspections are conducted at the end of each distinct phase of work to ensure that any issues have been addressed.
